Lost Package

I made a purchase on 8-19-2021 had a connection issue and took it back to my store on 8-28-2021, at the moment the store did not had a replacement and an order placed to be shipped.

Ups claim it was delivered and nothing received at my home, I called Best BUY then filed a claim with UPS. I called customer servivr was told hold after waiting over 45 minutes then hung up on. Many times try calling then I was told a refund will be issued.

September 20 did not hear back from Best Buy I called again and told a letter was sent to my emailed that a refund or replacement cannot be given to me follow up with UPS.

I call UPS and Iesha said that an email was sent to Best Buy for a copy of my receipt and a check will be sent to Best Buy for lost laptop. I paid $593.00 and don't have that kind of money to throw out.

I am tired getting the run around with customer service when I ask for a supervisor long hold then hung up on. Very disappointed with Best Buy. I shop alot with them.

Ups wants Best Buy to corporate and they refused. Customer Service giving the run around.

Today September 21,
8.00 am I called UPS was told September 3rd an email was sent to Bestbuy for a copy of my receipt and Bestbuy refused to corporate with them. Now almost 2 hours on hold with Bestbuy and the are giving me the run around.

I was given Corporate phone number by a manager totally fraud I was transfer back to Que
