Lost In-Store Pickup

Hi,

I recently went to a store I had placed an xbox pickup to. Unfortunately, after getting there and talking with staff they said they could not locate the item even though it was "ready for pickup". The employees couldn't explain how this could have happened and weren't entirely sure where it could even be.

I was told they would "call someone" later that day but I really don't like leaving it so open-ended after driving 160 miles and having them already lose it. Is there anything more I can do? It still shows it's ready for pickup but at this point it's slowly going to go past the pickup date and I'll lose an item that's been constantly out of stock for months...

Thanks

Re: Lost In-Store Pickup

Good afternoon, Achelous1,

Welcome to our forums, albeit under such unfortunate circumstances.  While we try to ensure the store pickup process is simple and straightforward for all our customers, it’s disappointing to hear there seems to be an issue with your most recent order with us.

I’d like to take a closer look into this order to make sure we’re exploring all options available, however, I’ll need a few pieces of additional information from you in order to do so.  If you could use the blue “Private Message” button in my signature to send me:

  • Your first and last name
  • Your phone number
  • Your email address
  • Your order number

This should be enough information for me to begin my research.  As mentioned, be sure to use the blue “Private Message” button in my signature to keep this private information out of the public view of our forums, and if you’re accessing our site on a mobile device, you may need to switch to “Full” or “Desktop” view before this button is visible to you.

Looking forward to hearing from you,
