Looking to setup a return pick up/exchange

Recently I have has a whole slew of bad luck with TVs at Best Buy. I had purchased a Sony X 85K 43 inch TV open box that arrived to me broken when was delivered. This TV was returned to a Best Buy store location and exchanged for a 50 inch model of the same TV that was also was defective. They then exchanged it for the same exact TV because the TV I was looking for was out of stock at the time. I Took this TV home and this TV actually had the same issue. I was beyond fed up with Best Buy, When I had to take the TV even further location to return/exchange it for the LG QNED 80 Series. Which unfortunately had to get at 55 inches due to no stock of the 50 inch version. Now this Lg has blooming and halo effect issues. I don’t want to have to take it back to my local Best Buy store locations because I fear that they might ban me from exchanging the TV for multiple exchanges in a short time frame. Nothing is wrong with the LG QNED TV but, the booming issue annoys me so much so that I cannot enjoy it. Customer service told me I could return the TV and UPS will pick it up but I would be refunded for my money, But since I want to get a different TV anyway I would rather just exchange it. I was told by a Best Buy employee before You can set up delivery return/exchanges with a store close enough to you. How should I go about this? Thanks.

I'm just wondering. Did you take the TV home yourself inside a car or did someone deliver it to you? If it was a special delivery maybe they can set something up but if the item was exchanged in store and you took it home in your car that's a different story and may have to be exchanged at the store level. '


Have you reached out to customer support for the TV you own for troubleshooting?

I brought the current tv home in a car. I had to borrow friends car to get it home, as it won’t fit on my sedan. I talked weird Lg support they say nothing is wrong with it. I have yet to ask bestbuy.
