Looking for Return Support

I sent a return through UPS for an order with 2 items. The first item was returned successfully, but the second item still shows as "Return Request Confirmed", giving me a due date to ship the item. The tracking for the item shows On the way, however it's been about 11 days and haven't seen an update on tracking.


I reached out to Support Chat to see if the issue can be addressed, but they told me since one item on the order showed as returned, the other should be marked as returned soon, and I don't think this is the case since each item has it's different tracking. 

The first item shows as "Returned" on my account, however the second still shows as "Return Request Confirmed", and I have only received the refund for the first item.

I can understand your concern with not knowing the whereabouts of an item returned via shipping. It's very good that you followed up on the tracking orders of your soon to be refunded items.
