I have a complaint letter that i wish to fax to Best Buy's corporate office. The complaint is regarding Samsung failed appliances. I have visited the Best Buy store and also called Geek Squad customer service and was on the line with them for over 1 1/2 hours. Right now I have been on hold with the corporate office telephone number for 20 minutes just waiting for a switchboard operator to even answer! I am tired of the runaround I have received, and have written out the complaint...all I need is a fax number or contact person to send this to, either by fax or regular mail.
