Long time unhappy customer.

This is more of a complaint than a question, but I can't get through anywhere else. I called the local Best Buy Peoria store about a television I purchased less than a month ago, is currently on sale today for $300 less than I paid for it. My return my date is October 31st. I was told to come in and it could be price matched. I spent almost an hour going in there. I was told because I got a bundle, that it couldn't be matched which I wasn't told when I bought it nor when I called. I didn't even get an apology. When I said "so I need to bring the sound bar back in and return it to get the $300 credit on the tv"? she told me I had to bring both my 75-in TV and my soundbar for them to return both of them and then I would have to rebuy the television set. That's horrible service she didn't even offer to unbundle it on paper to show me I still paid less for the television set - If that was even the case. I'm not a happy camper and I will probably take both back for a refund and buy them somewhere else and I've never been unsatisfied with Best Buy's service. I don't even know why you can't price match when you buy a bundle I didn't save more than the television was on sale.

Best Buy's Price Match Guarantee is a truly great offering and I was happy to read that you hoped to avail yourself of it. What I was not so happy to see is that you made the effort of visiting your local store at their invitation without having given you more details about your request. I apologize for the inconvenience I know this represents.
