Each experience offers its own level of convenience, but I tend to prefer human interaction over simply selecting an “Add to Cart” button. I’m sorry to hear that your recent visit to our store didn’t go as smoothly as we would’ve hoped.
Generally speaking, we do not collect the serial numbers of most products unless they a device that can be activated, such as tablets and cell phones. To be honest, I’m not sure if our systems would prompt for us to scan the serial number of this product without seeing the transaction myself, so I’d like to take a closer look at this with you.
