I'd like to formally thank and recognize an associate who has gone above and beyond and hand delivered from another state my son’s christmas gift to make sure he got it on time for Christmas. Can someone please advise? Thank you

That's awesome. During Black Friday in July I bought an Asus Laptop and I had my product delivered from the Geek Squad at a store nearby and then even called my cell phone to let me know they were here. They do have associates that will deliver from the store if its determined they could do that.

I do appreciate all the hard work they do and all the hard work the mods on the board do this time of year even though things can get hectic with multiple social media platforms.
