I made an account as I was unable to leave an employee review on my recent purchase for Marianne, a sales representative, who provided assistance at the Best Buy location in Danvers, MA. I ordered a new phone as my previous device's screen was damaged. My dad previously had a poor experience at a different phone retailer so he urged me to verify the new device was intact before we left the store. Marianne helped reassure me and even provided me access to a tool to open the box. After all, was said and done I was happy and ready to leave.
