Leaving an Employee Review

Hi all, 


I never usually leave employee reviews but today I just had to. After a really bad morning, I found myself at Best Busy Store# 331 making a return and purchasing some things I needed. I was angry and upset from something that had happened at home and I just wanted to get away, so I decided to run errands. As soon as I got into the store I was greeted by an employee named Catherine {removed per forum guidelines}, who was so kind, patient, and energetic that it made forget about everything that had happened earlier. She and her manager Zach took care of all my Best Buy needs with a smile and completely transformed my day. The customer service I was shown by them today is what every business should strive for. Thank you, Catherine and Zach!

I must admit it gives me a great deal of joy to hear how our store representatives can help our customers, and not just with the selection of products. Like you, I find myself drawn to stores where just the kind of thing you've described can happen, whether I need it or not, and it makes me very happy that Catherine and Zach came through for you when you needed it most.


I will be passing your compliments on to the leaders at our Danbury location so that Catherine and Zach may receive the recognition you have showered upon them.
