I rarely take the time to post a review anywhere, but I had to make an exception for the outstanding service that I received from Robbie D. at store #591 in Concord, NH. Robbie was so friendly and extremely helpful in guiding me to select the correct audio system for my truck, then explaining in detail the process to get it installed as well as the advantages of a service plan (for which I opted in). He also is very knowledgable of the products and the technology, even suggesting an improved method for me to add front/rear camera input to the system. I was floored; I did not expect such a high degree of professionalism on the retail floor, Robbie is a great ambassador for your company. Absolutely fantastic support, a solid 10 out of 10. Thank you so much.
