Leaving a employee review

One of my products was defective and I was helped by Agent Edward {removed per forum guidelines} at the Best Buy in Framingham MA. I was incredibly stressed about the product as I had just gotten it but enjoyed it until the defect. Edward was incredibly helpful and since I left the store happy I wanted to voice to Best Buy that I had a good experience thanks to him.
