Leaving Customer Service Employee Review

Hello,

 

I made an account because i could not find an area to leave a review for Customer Service employees and wanted to give credit where credit is due, specifically to Vergil of Primary Support.

After several call backs, transfers between departments, and twice being hung up on I'm assuming accidentally as one employee attempted to transfer but got disconnected - and by another employee named Samuel who refused to even attempt looking for other routes past his trained "say this and end call" tone before hanging up on me; I reached Primary Support and spoke to a gentleman named Vergil. (It is worth noting Samuel informed me my issue could not be resolved by anyone twice before disconnecting on his end)

Even though Vergil handled different areas than my own such as online purchases, he still took the time to look into every possible route he could for me. After a good wait, he returned and resolved my issue - doing what supposedly no one across several departments including the rewards department, knew how to do. It is because of Vergil that I will continue to purchase through Best Buy, confident that Customer Service will have my back.
