Laptop purchases

   Gene M. here. I just wanted to compliment your staff for helping me with (several) computer / laptop purchases recently. I purchased a laptop on Cyber Monday online and was very pleased at how quickly it got delivered to my home. Everything was moving along well as I set up the computer until the next day when it locked up on account of some encryption software that was installed. After several days of trying to fix the problem, unsuccessfully, and on the advice of my work's IT support group, I returned the computer to the Annapolis, MD Best Buy store. Missy, at the checkout counter was MOST helpful in getting this return done quickly and efficiently. Rather than purchasing another laptop from the same manufacturer, I decided to browse the computer department and look for something similar. Finding a helpful staff employee wasn't very hard, even though it was the week before Christmas. ( It didn't hurt that I was in the store shortly after it opened.) I relayed my prior return experience and was handed off to the department lead, BP (Billy Paul) to see if there was a way to help make another purchase sooner rather than later. After showing me one laptop that seemed to fit my needs, he suggested a similar model from another manufacturer that was $500 more than the one I just returned. After some negotiation, and his intelligent input, I agreed to make this purchase right on the spot. He was extremely helpful in getting this purchase completed and I left the store feeling like Best Buy fulfilled all my needs. I picked up the new laptop, a few days ago, and am completly satisfied. Note: When I showed up at the store, the young lady at the front door, took my paperwork and got my computer in no time. So far, I've had nothing but positive experiences with Best Buy's staff. And, I'm typing this survey on my brand new laptop. Thanks to your team for keeping me a very satisfied customer. Gene {removed per forum guidelines}
