I called Best Buy again today and they said they couldn't do anything because the pick up was still open meanwhile the only option I have is to cancel the pickup that they denied. I don't even know what todo with this 70, not 75inch, tv. It has no electricity cable, stand, or remote. Someone besides Best Buy people who clearly rather do something else, advise me on how I should handle this. I don't even think I can get that money back since I paid for 75 and received 70inch.
