Best Buy Store Purchase

Hello so I already contacted customer service about this and they sent me a pre paid label to send the tv to a bestbuy return center. I got an brand new LG C2 OLED 48 inch tv from one of my local bestbuy stores but the serial number on the sticker doesn’t match the one that’s on the side of the box. I was told my customer service that special team would be reaching out to me, but I got disconnected from this person on the app. The Second person set up my UPS prepaid return. I was told I will get my refund 5 to 10 days after they receive it. I guess my worry is that they will refuse to refund me for the serial number not matching even though it’s not my fault and clearly LGs fault. I was told I shouldn’t receive any problems. Should I send it back?
