I recently purchased a galaxy note 10 at Best buy at Southpoint mall (Address: 7001 Fayetteville Rd Ste 113, Durham, NC 27713) and received phenomenal customer service from Corey.
He was very knowlegable about the phones, helped me choose the right phone for me, and really went out of his way to help me with other issues too.
I don't know if this is the right place to write this note, but I could not find a way to do a survey for the customer service I received so I am leaving my note here.
Corey was truly awesome!
