Joke Not taking phone calls?

So Scott from store on Broadway Tucson with Geek Squad calls and leaves message regarding a MacBook Air I left for Apple warranty.  No return call number.  He talks about axel fee.  Great use jargon you know "axel fee". What is this.

when I dropped off the computer it was apparent the employee was new.

The employee stated that he will have his supervisor to help.  Apparently neither employee was aware of process.

 

Great call store and a recording states they are not taking phone calls.  When at the stores I saw several employees standing by.

 

Well if Bestbuy not taking calls, I will not take my business to Worse Buy.

There is no joke. Even though there may be associates waiting to help, they are still focusing on a safe pandemic experience for customers. So their phones may temporarily be suspended

So the national Best Buy operator took my message and ensured me that I would have a phone call yesterday.
Well it didn’t happen!
So much for customer service.
