Jessie customer service in store and wireless issue

Hello. I purchased three different items in store today (4/25/19) around 6pm, in winter garden, FL (winter garden village) Jessie was from the TV department, but she partnered with the employees in the computer and washers sections to get us what we wanted. In the computer section, she called a guy that was super helpful and gave us more options that were in our budget and that had the features that we were looking for in a computer (I don’t know his name). Jessie helped us apply for a Best Buy credit card and finance our three items. They did a great job.

 

the only issue is that when we got home, the computer’s wireless mouse and keyboard, didn’t have the USB plugs that go in the computer to make the wireless work. They did not mention this, Maybe because they did not even notice themselves, Otherwise, we wouldn’t have gotten this specific computer. We also got a washer (open box) they did say that it didn’t come with the hoses, but at least they informed us about this before purchase and we agreed to buy it like this.

I noticed that actually the keyboard and mouse are supposed to be Bluetooth. But the ones they gave me, don’t have the Bluetooth pairing button. We will go back to the store today to resolve this issue

It sounds like Jessie and the other associates did a fantastic job assisting you, even getting you set up with a Best Buy Credit Card. Congratulations on your new card and computer!
