Items mislabeled / pricing incorrect

I purchased two HP pc’s and mice on 1/5/20 @ store 313. The mice were labeled as $10 on sale on the shelf. I just looked at my receipt and saw that I paid $36.99 + $3.79 tax / mouse. Unacceptable. Systems have already been deployed. How do we rectify this situation? I buy 35 laptops / year and growing. I want to resolve this ASAP. Thank you.

They cant see the store shelf from these forums or thier tags... you would want to go back and talk to the store.

Welcome to our forums.  One laptop, or 35, we appreciate you shopping with us for your technology needs, and I regret to hear there may be some confusion regarding the price of your recent purchase with us.

 

While we try to ensure all product prices and descriptions are accurately represented in our stores and online, there are instances where an item may be mismarked, or a product description is inaccurate.  While this is outlined in Best Buy’s Terms and Conditions, it doesn’t make it any less disappointing when it happens.  If you’ve discovered the mice you were purchasing were not the price you were expecting, I recommend visiting your local Best Buy store to utilize our Return & Exchange Promise, so they might assist in finding a replacement mouse.
