Item said was picked up but never really got picked up

I sent my assistant to go pick up my order and they said I have to be at the store to pick up the items but the time I get off of work the store is closed thats why I sent my assistant to pick it up and they said he couldn't pick it up because his name was not on the order so I login and it said item was picked up and didn't give me the option to change because they marked i already picked it up this frustrating I haven't been able to work because of this its been since Oct 6

Friends and family members are allowed to pick up products, provided their name is listed on the order. This helps us ensure the merchandise ultimately gets to the right person.
