Item returned Dec 1 but still no refund

I returned a TV stand on Dec 1 to a Best Buy store. At that time I was told I would have my refund within 3-5 business days. As of today, Dec 14 I still have not received my refund. I called the customer service # and spoke with someone that changed his story several times and then had the audacity to start asking me personal financial questions. At that point I asked to speak with a supervisor and was hung up on.

This has not been a good experience. Here I am 2 weeks from the product being returned with out my $175 refund and no clear answer as to when I will see the funds credited back and no recourse.

Any help would be appreciated.

Welcome to the Best Buy Community forums. Waiting on a refund is never a good experience. I'm sorry about that poor service you received over the phone. I hope the refund has come through by now.

 

If it hasn't, please reach out to your bank to see if there is a pending refund. They may be able to let you know when it'll go through. If they can't, please send in a private message through the link in my signature below this post. 

 

I'll need your name, email address, phone number, and the customer service PIN from the bottom of that return receipt.
