Hi I came to the Emeryville store on Sunday around 3:15pm to pick up a Logitech 4K webcam order. I was notified the order was ready a day before that, but the item was actually not available/ lost. The store ordered another one shipped to my house without an apology. It was quite annoying that I wasted my time travelling there for such rude customer service.

Welcome back to our Best Buy forum community! Heading into the store after getting an email that your order is ready to pick-up should be a time of excitement, so it hurts me to hear that's not how it worked out for you. I know I wouldn't be a fan of making a trip to the store because I was told my order was ready, only to learn it wasn't there. That's a far cry from the shopping experience we meant to provide!
