On dec 9 i bought ipad online and it was so delayed i message on beat buy to cancel the order i thought it was already resolve until on dec 28 it says it was delivered i was out of town by the time i came back to check it was not in the package secured area so message again in best buy app then it told me no worries everything will be refunded on the next billing cycle then i noticed it already deducted to my debit i called again and everytime i call they keep on telling me no worries it will be refunded and until now there is no action yet please help me
