The price of an item I had purchased went on sale a few days after I had started using it. I brought the item to the store on day 7 of 15 of the return window and received a refund of the price difference. On my purchase history, the item is now "No Longer Returnable", even though there are 8 days remaining of the return window. Is this correct? Can the item still be returned for at least store credit if needed?

Specifically what type of item was it?
Some items are not returnable after they are opened or used. Not a lot of them, but some.

Thanks for reaching out and sharing this with us. @bobberuchi brings up a great point!
Beyond double-checking to be sure the item you purchased is eligible for return or exchange, I believe the way price matches are processed through our systems could result in seeing a message like the one you describe. Basically, if a product is reprocessed under a new transaction during a requested price match, an eligible return or exchange may simply need to be processed from the new transaction instead of the original. All that is to say, receiving a price match should not prevent you from returning or exchanging an eligible item within the Return & Exchange period.
I hope this helps to assuage your concerns but let me know if you have any other questions.
