To provide more context - I submitted a price match claim via the online chat support. The customer service representative helping me with this claim was extremely helpful, responsive, and ultimately was able to provide a price match that would save me $566.98. He noted these details of this refund of this amount in the chat which I have documentation. Fast forward and I notice that I was only refunded $217.57.
I then proceed to call customer service this evening and I've been disconnected three separate times with three separate agents. I provide all of the details of the case including the case Id number and then they put me on hold for 20+ minutes only to disconnect the call. Every time I've called back I have to start all over again. I need immediate assistance with this matter please.
