Issue with my Store Appliances purchase

I am a Best Buy Elite customer. I purchased Appliances for around $3600 with BestBuy.When I purchased the item. I was told by the person who helped me in the store, He offered me and told that I can match the price if it changes in 30 days. I purchased the items after he promised and offered else I wouldn't have bought it from Best Buy. I bought the items as "Bundle" so I could same money by bundle offer.
Now prices are reduced and I contacted Customer Service, They asked me to go and check with Store. I contacted Store, Nobody answered my call. I sent an email to the store and I got a response from someone in the store. Initially He refused to match the price as it passed 15 days return window but I explained him that I was told by the person who helped me in the store and explained everything and he agreed to refund but now they are saying that they can match and refund money only for the item's current price and not for the bundle that I purchased. I supposed to get the price match for Bundle, not as separate items because I bought it as bundle. They asked to talk to the person who helped me on the store. I don't know that person who helped in the store and asked them to find it from useing the Order. They said they can not do it.
Please mention this to customers like me clearly when purchase any item from Best Buy. We trust whatever the sales person says and a customer will not know these hidden things. I lost almost 500$ by trusting BestBuy's promise.
It is NOT communicated to me when I purchased the items. Why BestBuy is doing these hidden things? If I bought the items now I could have saved more than 500$. I trusted BestBuy and purchased from it but It seems that BestBuy is not keeping the promise. Nobody is helping  me!

As previous agents have mentioned, we can process a price adjustment while you are within our Return & Exchange Promise. This is 15 days for major appliances.

My issue is not resolved through private chat too. I will not buy any items from Best Buy anymore.
