Issue with my BestBuy Store Order

Hello - I placed an order in store however, the order was cancelled and don't know why. I chatted online and they asked me to go the store. However, when I visited the store - 1900 Market Pl Blvd, Irving, TX 75063 and the Assistant Manager (Lisa {removed per forum guidelines} was really rude to me and even w/o fully understanding the problem she kept on rejecting what I have to say.

 

I was waiting for 20 minutes with the rep then Lisa came around to help. Lisa told me it she will have to rsearch it and I asked her how much it will take and she replied rude that she is really good at this. 

 

After 30 minutes nothing was done and the excuse given to me was because item went out of stock and was on sale. She told me she is not responsible for sales run out. I requested if she can price match as item is available online to very similar price and ofcourse she rudely rejected it. Also, I had a promotional certificate applied to the order and I am told I cannot get it back because it was already applied.

 

Now, tell me how this a great customer service? Customer has to contact best buy 3 times and lost promotional certificate because of Best Buy issue and even though item is availale online.

 

I am a BestBuy Elite Customer and planning to make big purchases this thanksgiving however, an experience like this would take my business to other stores who do care.

Welcome back to the forum!  As I know from my own experience, discovering a recent order of yours has been cancelled can be very frustrating.  I was unhappy to read that this happened to you, and furthermore, that our store associates did not handle this situation in the best manner.  You have my apologies for any frustration that occurred as a result of this interaction.

 

I was able to locate your order, and it appears we were able to issue a refund at the store once it was discovered we would be unable to fulfill your order.  As you were informed at the store, the My Best Buy™ Mystery Rewards certificate you redeemed is considered a one-time use coupon and cannot be refunded once it has been used.
