Issue with Tradein/upgrade

Hi,

 

I have placed an iphone upgrade on Sep 10th 2022 and have completed my tradein gave my iphone 12 pro max have been upgraded to iphone 14 pro max T-mobile carrier. Everything went smoothly. When i asked Best Buy store regarding the $600 trade in credits they mentioned it will be taken care by T-mobile on the monthly credit system. Its been more than 2 months and I am in between Best Buy and T-mobile for the $600 credit. T-mobile don't have the promo code to apply the same to my account as the tradein happened at in store. Seeking assistance to get me the Promo code or any assistance so that T-mobile can apply the credits. Thanks
