Is this the worst experience buying at Best Buy? i need help please

Hi, last week I was on vacations in EEUU so i decide to buy a Laptop, but when i saw the delivery time i know that i wasn't going to be there to receive it, so i went to a shop asking for help, and they told that because the product was on preparing status they could not stop it, and then told me that I was going to be able to cancel the order when was shipped.


With more calm, i decide to buy the Laptop in other store, and return home with my new laptop happy with Best Buy and waiting for make the return of the another one.


Just to be sure, i talked with the best buy support on twitter, and they say me that they would do what they can to stop the delivery. When the Laptop was shipped i tried to cancel and return it, but that option didn't appear.
I talk again with them, and they changed the delivery addres and told me that they wold wasn't 100% sure that would work.


Today the product arrived in a hotel, I was not there, and the delivery it was done anyway, they give it my product to someone else without checking.


Really sad i try to make the return, but the only option that i have is to print the return order, put it in the package and delivery to a store or UPS .


Now im really worry, i cant return a package that i not received, i wasn't able to stop the shipping even when i realize the error the same day.


Now im off the country without options, feeling ripped off, sad and depressing.


I bought a lot of things on Bust Buy, and this is my first (and could be the last) horrible experience.


Please, I don't know how to ask for help anymore.

After reach for second time the Best Buy support team on Twitter, talking with the hotel and UPS, i was able to return the package.
