Invoice Receipt - In store purchase Payment in cash

Hello, 

 

I purchased a Garmin Forerunner 235 - August 2018 7th or 9th at 5151 Mission Center Rd San Diego, CA 92108. However, yesterday the watch stopped to work (don't turn on anymore). I need the receipt to send to Garmin Warranty here in Brazil to fix it. 

I lost the receipt and I paid it in cash at Mission Center store, do we have a way to get it? Even not possible to find the original receipt, a letter from you guys saying that the SmartWatch was bought there.

 

Please help me, I'Il be very appreciate, otherwise I can't use the Forerunner, and Garmin wont help me!
