It can sure be a bit annoying having an order cancelled. I've been there. Have you had a chance to check out Best Buy's International Orders page? Some things to particularly pay attention to are the billing address and the shipping address noting that Best Buy does not ship to freight forwarders.
If everything looks good on that page, hopefully a moderator can jump in to see if additional insight can be provided.

Luke_ has offered some great advice here, in that you will want to ensure that all the steps included in our International Orders page have been followed, as this is a common reason for the cancellation of an international order. Another thing worth noting, is that international orders are intended for use in the United States, and it is assumed that products will be used in the U.S. If you are ordering this digital code while outside of the U.S., it's possible that your order is being cancelled as this code is only intended to be sold and used in the U.S.
