I ordered an RTX 4090 on Oct 12th with a pickup date of October 19th. The order was set to “delayed” on the evening of the 19th. I contacted customer service the following day and was told it was in transit it would just be a couple days. I contacted support again that Saturday and was told the item was “received” on Friday and would likely be ready for pickup on Monday. Nothing happened on Monday, so I contacted again and was told that the item was not available at my location and was being shipped from another store and was already in transit and that I would receive a ready for pickup email within 24hrs. I received no email, and contacted support again on Tuesday evening, I was told it was definitely on its way and it would be ready by the end of the day or the following day at maximum. Nothing on Wednesday…. I went to the store for answers and basically they have no idea and said that it’s on nvidias side, that they requested the item from them when I ordered it and nvidia simply hadn’t shipped the order to them yet (I know for a fact this is a lie, that’s not how these orders work). However while at the store I was also told by another associate that it did look like the item was “in transit”. I keep being told “the item is not available at your location, we’re trying to procure from a different store” but then I’m also told “the item is in transit to your store”, these are two very conflicting statements. The last time I contacted support I was able to get the agent to confirm that the item had been shipped from another best but location on October 17th, it’s now been more than two weeks since the item had been shipped to my pickup store and at this point I’m almost convinced the item has been stolen or set aside by an employee. There’s absolutely no reason I why I shouldn’t have this product by now considering I was actually able to place my order on the 12th of October. I just want the product I paid for three weeks ago, or at the very least a detailed investigation and a real status of my order.
