Hi, I purchased the Fitbit - Versa 2 Health & Fitness Smartwatch - Carbon online on Feb 1, 2022. Unfortunately my aunt changed her mind about using it, so my cousin returned it on Feb 25 at the Oakland, CA as I was very busy. My cousin said they initial refused to refund because they insisted the watch was a cellular one. A manger made an 'exception' to refund it as a store credit. I told my cousin that the website clearly says the product has 45 day return window for me as an Elite Plus. She came back to the store and spoke to a manager named Fernando. He said he would file something to void the return and have the refund sent to my credit card and contacted me later it was processed. However it has been almost 2 weeks and I haven't received any contact or refund yet. It's really annoying that the my cousin had to go back and forth with this store and spend over an hour there for nothing.

I understand your frustration, but as I advised, you would need to visit your local Best Buy store to resolve this issue. This is something that can't be handled through social media.
