We purchased the 13 piece the SimpliSafe wireless home security system through Best Buy. We purchased it through Best Buy because it includes for free the Hazard Boost ($99.99 value). They were out of stock at Best Buy and they told us to contact customer service because they couldn't order it online to ship to us or the store. Apparently they are out of stock of the Hazard Boost in our 250 mile radius. On the website it does not say while supplies last and I'm not sure why they are unable to ship it to us or why they can't honor the promotion. I cannot find an email address to email. Can I please have best buy's customer service to email so we can resolve this issue. THanks.

Reviewing the SimpliSafe Hazard Boost offered with the security system you’ve mentioned, it looks like we’re currently sold out. Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer an estimate as to when we’ll receive additional inventory of the Hazard Boost, and I apologize for any disappointment this news may cause.
I wasn’t able to locate your purchase using the information you’ve provided us when you joined our forums, and I’d like to look into it further for you, to see how we might be able to resolve this issue. If you could send me a private message with the following:
