In store purchase

I made an large in store purchase today and was told I’d get an emailed receipt, which I never got. I was also told the purchase would appear in my account after I make one which I did when I get home, and the order isn’t showing up there either. Idk what to do. I don’t have a receipt, or any other proof other than the money being gone from my account.
