In store purchase refund question

I recently brought a tv in store to get delivered, however I cancelled the order after 24 hrs to buy a different tv. The cancelled order has been stuck on pending refund for over a week. I’m just wondering when I will be able to get my refund. I don’t know if the process is different since I cancelled the order several days before the delivery date and there wasn’t a transaction hold on my credit card.
