I can understand what you have stated and it isn't something that understanding is going to fix. Your account shows that the purchased is tied to it and while it doesn't show online it is part of your order history. If you need a replacement receipt we would be glad to e-mail a copy for you. Do let us know if you have any other questions or concerns as I have continued to look into this issue for you.

The membership ID matches. I can 100% assure you I do NOT have more than 1 account and I"ve always and forever only used one phone number!
Putting that aside however. As stated in my earlier post the purchase of the Sound Bar AND the TV was on the exact SAME PURCHASE/RCEIPT. The SB shows up in my purhcase history but NOT the TV. So no matter how you slice it that makes NO sense! The very fact that the SB shows up and is on the same receipt as the TV means, by definition the TV should be there also!
The ONLY difference with the SB is that the store when I made the purchase had to set that up as a WILL CALL for me to pick up at a different store because they were out of stock of that item, whereas the TV was in stock at that same store so I just took home directly from there.
Clearly that is the reason why the TV is not showing up in my purchase history. THe fact that one was WILL CALL somehow confused Best Buy's back end systems and the TV did not get added properly to my purchase history.
I also stated earlier that the TV IS IN MY PRODUCT section where it shows what is covered under my Total Tech subscription. So at least it is visible "somewhere" within my account but it should also be explicitly shown in my purchase history.

Thomas, the receipt is NOT the issue. What do I have to do to get this point across!
I do things electronically. It is NOT unreasonable for me to expect that my purhcases properly show up in my PURCHASE HISTORY. I have a RIGHT to expect that to work!!
I want this problem escalated because I get tired of hearing you say it is linked to my account. That does NOT, repeat it does NOT fix the problem I reported. I want the TV to show up in my purhcase history in my account.....PERIOD.
We are getting nowhere with this discussion so please ESCALATE.

This has been escalated and as previously advised we can't find any reason as to why this purchase isn't showing on your account and we are glad to provide an e-mail receipt as this does show on your account history. Please let us know if you have other questions or concerns as we also will reach back out if we find any issue that may have caused this purchase in store not to show up for you.
