In store purchase not showing up in my account

I made an in store purchase of 2 items of just over $1100.

 

1. Sound bar - had to arrange for pick up at a different store because the one I went to was out of stock. This one DOES show up in my account.

 

2. Samsung 43" 4K TV. This was in stock at the store so I simply took it home directly from the store I purchased it from. This one does NOT show up in my account.

 

Both of these were purhcased as a single purchase and same receipt. Why is the TV not shown in my account but the sound bar is? I've given it several hours and it is still not showing up. Interestingly the store was not able to see the TV purchase using my phone number either even though this is the ONLY phone number I've ever used. And again both of these items were linked to the same phone number and was a single purchase.

 

I need this TV to show up in my account as I want full order history. I also have Total Tech subscription and having all electronic purchases present in my account will make it easier if I never need service under this plan.

 

Please help fix this.

I can understand worrying about the information showing correctly in your account. I would be glad to look into this for you. We would need you to Private Message your full name, email and phone number and details of when the purchase was made.

I want to put this in public because I am NOT getting satisfaction on this matter via private message and I want people to know about this.

 

The BB rep keeps insisting that the TV in question is showing in my account under purchase history even though I've stated a few times already that it is NOT there.

 

It feels like I am being accused of not being able to read my own purchase history and I don't appreciate that one bit.

 

I have been a loyal BB customer for over 25 years and I will not sit still for being told repeatedly that there isn't a problem when my account shows that there CLEARLY IS A PROBLEM.

Thank you for reaching back out and as we have advised you your purchase does show to be under your account history and I have verified that it can take 24-48 hours to show online. I am here to tell you that if it is still not there by Wednesday then I will be raising a really BIG stink over this!!

 

I have a right to expect my purchase to show up in my order history!

 

And it does not make sense that my sound bar IS showing in my purchase history and it was on the very SAME transaction as the TV was!! So why is the sound bar present and not the TV? That makes no sense!

While both items were purchased one was ordered and the item shows online as it is part of an order so the system shows it differently. Do reach back out if you find this issue persists after 48 Hours.

This has never shown up in my purchase history to this day and I'm quite upset about that!

I thank you for reaching back out. The purchase shows on our end as attached to your Best Buy Rewards account. I will see if there is anything further that can be done as there is no way to attach it again onto your account as it is there.

I've said multiple times now: I don't care what you see on your end - IT DOES NOT SHOW UP IN *MY* purchase history in my account! I know how to read - IT IS NOT THERE!!

I’d recommend comparing the rewards account number at the bottom of your receipt with the one listed on your account. Something tells me you have two different accounts. Whether it’s because of different phone numbers or because of different addresses, your name/ spouses name etc, my guess is you and Thomas are looking at different rewards accounts.
