In-store purchase. Local store has closed but item has 7 year warranty

I purchased a PSU less than one year ago from my local bestbuy location, and it died today. These Corsair power supplies have like a 7 year warranty for them but I can't go to the local store from which I bought it because the store closed like 2 weeks ago. I tried calling the bestbuy phone number but the automation just tells me to get the receipt from my online account, but this pruchase wasn't made under my online Best buy account. Not sure what to do next because I have a Dead product that should have a 7 year warranty. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide

I'd recommend stopping by the nearest Best Buy to see if they can locate the purchase receipt for this power supply, however, I cannot promise what outcome will come now that so much time has passed.  I'm crossing my fingers they 're able to locate and print out a duplicate receipt so that you can take advantage of the warranty!

If you're unable to return then we can only ask for your patience until a moderator has the chance to see if they can lend a helping hand to you!  Bare with them as they're very busy, but normally 3 to 5 business days is when they swing by!

Was actually two years ago 8/22/2017 . I can give the card number which ends in #4540 was used for the purchase and the store number was #1785

It doesn't have to be the same store at which you made your purchase. Like @autotech796 mentioned, any Best Buy store should be able to easily pull up your purchase history associated with a credit/debit card.

That is the issue, I don't have any nearby store anymore. Thought online would be the best and easiest option for me to obtain this information since there are no more best buys near me
