On 2/20/23 I placed an in-store order for a PC and monitor. My PC was supposed to be delivered on 2/24/23 and the monitor on 3/03/2023. On 2/24/23 I got an email saying that my PC would be ready for pickup that day. At about 7 pm that night I got an email saying that it was delayed and that they will get it to me in a few days. The reason it has been delayed is the store that my local one ordered a store transfer from sold out the rest of the stock after placing my order. It is currently 2/28/2023 and I don't even have an update as to when my PC will be ready for pickup. I have tried talking to both in-store and online chat employees and the only thing they can tell me is that I will have it by at least 3/10/2023 two weeks after my original pickup date. In every conversation I have had with them they have said that they can't see the status of the shipment because it is internal and that I can't cancel and have it sent to my house because it has been shipped.
