As you know, under our Return & Exchange Promise Elite My best Buy members have 30 days to make a return on most products, while Elite Plus members have 45 days. I’d be happy to check into this for you to see if I can determine the reason for the discrepancy in the information you were given. Please also let me know if the store you visited for the return was the same as the one where you made the purchase.
Please also let me know what’s going on with the computer that is making you want to return it. In the event that we can’t process a return on it, if you’re having issues with the computer we may be able to help you out with those issues instead.
