In Store pricing non-existent

We love Best Buy and we hope that they can stay in business, but our experience recently was not good. We would have walked out of there minus about $900 if it wasn't for one thing. Nothing in this store, that we were interested in, had prices on it. We aren't talking one or two items, we are talking dozens of items. I'm talking none of the SKUs on the shelves matched the items on the shelves.  It was so incredibly confusing.  Headphones, Kids toys, Computer stuff, TV's nothing we were interested in had prices that we could locate.  It was almost laughable. In the end I got some printer ink and we walked out with a shopping list to buy those items on Amazon. So much for an in-store experience. We complained to the cashier and were told we can bring the item to any register. My girlfriend was on a shopping spree, there is nothing practical in taking a shopping cart full of items to a cashier for pricing. Your loss Best Buy. I hope you can get it together some day.

Re: In Store pricing non-existent

Best Buy should be consistent and have proper labeling on their shelves. In the mean time you can download the Best Buy mobile app to help you shop in store:

A BBY mod may chime in on this too and give feedback to the store.
