In-Store Purchases not Appearing on Account

I read somewhere on this forum that multiple accounts have been merged or something along those lines. I used to have 2 accounts and it seemed if I made online orders they would appear in my "primary account" email and the in-store purchases would show up in my "secondary account" email (I did not prefer it that way, it just seemed to occur like so). The issue I'm now facing is whenever I make in-store purchases the orders do not appear on my primary account or in any of my emails. I'm not sure if the issue lies somewhere when I input my phone number the receipts were sent to the "secondary account" that has now been deleted because when I log into it that account has been deleted entirely.  I just want to be able to view my receipts for purchases I've made in-store in my email and for the orders to reflect on my account. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
