Just bought a in-store pickup for the Alita: Battle Angel steelbook, and when I opened up the packaging at home the steelbook does not close. The top part is snug but the bottom corner does not seal. What options do I have for an exchange on this? I have not used any of the digital codes but $30 for a steelbook that doesn't seal is steep.
I do have a second one reserved at a different store, would I be able to exchange for that one if it's not in terrible shape and get a refund on the other? Wasn't expecting to keep two but I'm kinda glad I reserved two.
