In Store Pick up

I made a purchase on Monday night for a TV and some apple air pods, when i arrived at the store after receiving the email that my stuff was ready. I waited in line while the pick up desk employees chatted and rung up drinks for other employees, once they decided that i existed I presented the email barcode and the employee started looking for my things, he was able to locate the AirPods but not the TV, he said I’ll be back. He went to the back and said i have to get your tv from the back of the store, I asked why it wasn’t ready to which he said “It is ready”. After waiting patiently he came up with the TV on a cart and asked if we needed help loading, i said no and proceeded to push the cart outside, he grabbed the cart and said the “cart needs to stay with us”, I said ok then you can load it, he replied get your truck with a bad attitude, when my brother asked him why he had a bad attitude he didn’t answer, another employee that was standing there laughed, we asked what was funny and he said you guys are, we told him nothing was funny and he said it’s hilarious. At this point I’m extremely upset, I ask for a manager and some guy walks up with the title Specialty Manager, I told him about our experience and how we had to wait because our order wasn’t ready, he said “ Do you know how many people are picking up TVs today?” I said i don’t care how many people are picking up TVs mine should be ready, he said it wouldn’t fit at the pick up counter even though the counter was empty. I asked the gentleman for the store Managers information, he proceeded to an office where he got me the Sales Managers business card, I told him I wanted the Store managers info to which he replied “ the sales manager handles these things” I replied I want to speak to the SM not the sales manager i repeated SM Can you get that? He said you’re not going to speak to me like that and told me to leave the store. This is the Second time I’ve had a bad experience in this store, not around this same time of year, I’m also not impressed that you cannot speak to the SM about how his people are serving customers, I would like to speak to the SM or the DM about this experience and if that’s not possible, I will take my business elsewhere, I shop online mostly and there are plenty of retailers that are willing to take my money.

I have a suspicion that they don't have the storage space up front for all the TV's being picked up, so they keep them tagged in back. They probably didn't realize how you were much more important then every other customer and should have had your specific TV up front.

Did you see the part of the desk being empty up there? Or did you just want to troll?

It sounds like you’re so ridiculous even another customer couldn’t help but laugh. I agree with the above idea there was likely not enough space for your television up front so they went and got it for you. I don’t understand what you’re wanting to complain about here. It sounds like the problem here is you.
