Today I purchased 3 x $500 Gift Cards in Store and all 3 show as Successfully Activated on the Receipt. Upon checking the balance at home, one of the Gift Cards is showing as Invalid. I tried calling the Gift Card Inquiry Phone number and it said that the gift card was Closed.
I also tried calling Customer Service with little to no help. Please help.
I have the Activation Receipt if needed to be provided with the gift card.
