Ignored one day, and not allowed to talk to GS another

Which one of your locations about a week ago. I was looking at the laptops, tried to look at the open box in a cabinet, and there were four employees talking to one customer. After waiting about 20 minutes I left.

I was looking at the open box deals online today, narrowed it down to two and tried calling to see if I could ask Geek Squad which one they have less of an issue with. After a couple of Champs with the national number to get to the store on the phone, store representative would not let me talk to Geek Squad or give me a number to Geek Squad. Is this normal? I just needed maybe two minutes of their time.

So in summation I'm ignored one day and not allowed to talk to anybody the second day. In a way it samples like this or why people buy from online retailers.

If price is an issue on purchasing a laptop you can try signing up for the Best Buy private store card which has great financing options from time to time. That way you can get a new one and pay over time.

Yes, the original location was on west broad in Henrico VA. I called the one on brook and they said they would transfer me (I specifically asked for geek squad in house), after 45 minutes of on hold.. Was connected to national. I asked does he do any repairs himself he said no they just take calls and set appointments.

The question was between two manufacturers Asus vs Dell... Just wanted to know which they do more repairs on and secondly for an advanced novice user... Would it be difficult to change from windows home s to regular windows home (Google search is conflicting answers).

When I used to do repair work many years ago.. Those two kinds of questions would take less than 1-2 minutes to answer.

But being ignored, couldn't talk to real person in repair and sent to wait for wrong place.. Makes me wonder if I do get one and have issue, how much red tape will I have then?

Asus, Dell, HP, Apple are all made by Quanta and labeled as whatever brand

Lenovo, Acer are made by a company called Compal

It really doesn't matter what brand you buy...
