I just got a new phone 13 from bestbuy with tmobile carrier today but my wife accidentally put her sim card which isn't tmobile so now it's locked to different carrier and I can't use tmobile sim card on it. it's saying "Sim not supported ". So please let me know what can I do. thank you so much
