I was stolen!!

I came to the store to trade in my cell phone to get a new one.
And because the cell phone you wanted was not in stock, they made an order for the cell phone for my house.
A day later I received an email that my order was canceled for no reason.
I called and talked to them Several times during about six hours of conversation and chat correspondence and they said they could not help me. I went to the store again - a waste of 3 more hours...
and at the store they told me that they had no way to help me. I brought them a receipt for paying $850 with a trade-in and asked them to bring me a new cell phone and they said they couldn't do it..
I asked for the cell phone I brought them! And they answered again - we can't do it 😳
I asked that they at least give me a refund and they gave the same answer again.
I called the manager and he answered me the same! I asked him if there is anyone who can help me with such a problem?
And he told me he didn't know.
I've been trying to get my money back for several days now and there's no one to talk to!
$850 went to waste!!!
It's ridiculous that such a large and well-known store leaves a customer (who has already paid!) without an answer

I called customer service several times and they told me to go to the main store in Atlantic.
I went there and they told me to go back to the store where I did the trade-in and ask for the cell phone I gave them back, and explained to me that according to New York law They have to leave the device in the store for 30 days and now it's only been a week..
I went to the store for the third time and asked for the cell phone back, and no matter what they told me yesterday that it's not allowed...
they tell me that they don't have the cell phone and therefore there's nothing they can do. I explained the law to them and it didn't help.
I called customer service again and they told me - to return to the Atlantic store again and they will take care of it. I went again...
and they were already getting upset that it wasn't done through them and they have nothing to do with the case...
And again I fell between the chairs.
(At least they told me at Atlantic that what the store is doing is illegal - so I can sue them)
